Today we filmed our first part of our music video. We filmed all the performance shots of the artist as well as a part of the narrative needed for the location.
We felt today went very well and after reviewing the shots, we feel it looks great and will cut perfectly together.
The only downside was that we only had two hours to complete the filming which after setting up wasn't too long. Thankfully, we had a three camera set up so we could get as many angles and shots as possible in the required time.
We also had some time leftover in which we took some photos for the CD cover & website. After editing them, we feel they will look great however to keep out options open, we are going to take some more in other locations we will be filming (e.g sunset on the hillside).
Overall, we feel today was very productive and we got the majority of what we needed filmed.
Our next shoot will be between 22nd - 24th October, of which we will be filming our graveyard scenes. After that it would mean we only have two filming days left (the hillside - which will be filmed second week of November & Jam Cafe for another part of the narrative).
