General Description
This is a Cafe, located in Nottingham City Centre.
We are going to film the "present day" narrative sequence of which our actress gets the 3 props out and each triggers a memory. We will be doing cut backs between the present day and the memories after each one. Also in the Jam Cafe will be Joys performance clips. She will be performing on a stage nearby and we will get all her shots at the Cafe.
It is available to the public and we have already had permission to use the location.
Lighting
The site is very well lit from lamps around and main celling lights however Joys performance shots will be nearby a large window enabling us to get natural sunlight in as a fill light.
If we do need extra lighting, I can provide it as I have my own studio lights, but I doubt we will need them in this location.
The camera will need white balancing but we will be using a diffusor which can be used for white balancing the cameras we are using.
Sound and Noise
There is background sound from people around who are in the Cafe too, but as music will be playing in the background throughout it will not matter for the music video.
Health and Safety
The building checks out perfectly fine with health and safety with no hazards, machinery, power lines, etc.
